Winner of GMC Acadia Donated by Huston GMC Announced by Lake Wales Charter Schools Foundation!

In partnership with Huston GMC, the Lake Wales Charter Schools Foundation’s held a raffle raising funds to further their efforts in supporting over 5,000 students in the public Lake Wales Charter school system

The excitement has been building, and during the Lake Wales High School Graduation on May 23, 2025, the winner of the new GMC Acadia was selected. 

And the Winner of a New GMC Acadia Is…  John Janawicz!  Congratulations!

The annual raffle, a cornerstone fundraiser for the Lake Wales Charter Schools Foundation, plays a vital role in supporting educational programs and opportunities for students in our community. Huston GMC was honored to donate the vehicle prize for the 3^rd consecutive year, and we couldn’t be happier for John!

What makes this win even more special? John Janawicz is a familiar face right here in Lake Wales! He works at Kegel, a respected business located just down the street from our dealership. When he’s not at work, John is also a highly accomplished professional bowler, bringing his dedication and skill to the lanes.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the raffle, supporting the invaluable work of the Lake Wales Charter Schools Foundation. This year, over $45,000 was raised!  Your contributions are making a real difference in elevating the level of education in our community.
